I am deeply grateful for the kindness Curtis showed me, how he welcomed me like family and made me feel truly loved. I will always cherish the joy we shared listening to and singing Rodgers and Hammerstein together. His goofy yet gentle spirit, his warm smile, and especially his infectious laugh brought light and laughter to many. I will miss his stories and the happiness we both felt whenever we saw each other. Curt had the biggest heart! He helped my family in so many ways. He was generous, kind, helpful to anyone who needed him! My mom, Florence Russell Ellis and my step-dad, Donald Ellis were receivers of his time and caring nature!
