Not sure what to say?

I knew Curtis while at U. We used to work together through the night in the in the studios and he sang in a little garage band we put together. We used to each get a pint or two and play chess at night. I only learned he passed recently. I wish I knew what happened to him and when. He had that old red Chevy Blazer we used to ride in. I still have some song lyrics he wrote somewhere and a cassette tape of use jamming. Stuff you do when you're young. I'll miss you buddy. You where one of a few...

I didn't find out about this until later, but I was incredibly sad to hear that such a humorous, talented friend had died.

I only knew Curtis the short time he worked with me in Dallas. In that time, however, he became one of my close friends. I'll always remember and appreciate Curtis' humor, honesty and frankness and, like so many other people, I'll miss him.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Curtis was a fun, sweet and creative guy who will be missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

One of a kind and always made me laugh. God Bless.

Curtis was a very special person that had a lot of love to give and could make you laugh with just a smile. Curtis will be missed greatly.

We are very deeply saddened by this shocking loss. Curtis seemed to be in the best shape ever. His family is in our thoughts and prayers. Curtis will be greatly missed. Rebecca and Tony Demas
