Curtis James Caverly

Obituary

PFAFFTOWN - Our beloved son and brother, "CJ" Curtis James Caverly, went to be with Jesus Jan. 23, 2003. He was born Dec. 19, 1981, in Fargo, N.D., the son of Catherine Punton Wilson and David R. Wilson. CJ graduated from Surry Community College with his GED, achieving this seven months earlier than the graduation date. CJ had a smile that would light up any room. He was the most precious gift to his entire family. CJ loved his brothers and said "They were the best things that ever happened to him." To describe what CJ meant to our family would take the rest of our lives to say. CJ had an extremely warm heart that cared about all people. He will be missed greatly by many. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents; two brothers, Matthew and Christopher Wilson; grandparents Curt and Nellie Punton and Bob and Donna Vopacke; his great-grandfather, Wayne Garrett; aunts and uncles Carol (Lew) Lindeman, Shirley (Jim) Voelker, John Anderson, John (Lynda) Wilson, Mary Alice Frances, Diann Rose and Deborah (Johnny) Romero; and numerous cousins. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. today, Jan. 28, 2003, at Memorial Funeral Chapel, 5980 Kinney Road. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. tosday at the funeral home. Not sure what to say?

CJ, This is your cousin Sean, originally from Fargo. Wish we had a chance to meet while you were on this earth, although I just found you today. It seems like you were loved by many, and missed by many today. Look forward to the day we get to meet on the other side. God bless you and your family. - Cousin Sean

CJ I wish I had met you. You sound like you were a great kid. You have an awesome mom who loved you so much.

C.J., I want to post this in Honor of your 30th Birthday...12-19-1981~~~12-19-2011.
ROSES IN DECEMBER
"In a Time of Sorrow it can be consoling to reflect on how our life has been enriched by the love we have given and the love we have received. Those we have cared about leave treasures behind that time can never ever take away. How much greater is our life to have known a most precious loved one, so close to our heart, than to have never had them at all.
Many lovely things,...

Wendy, You are An Angel on Earth. You are our Angel. I know that C.J. sends his love to you from Heaven and is so proud of you, what you do in Honor of him and also what you do for us, his parents and brothers. You have Angels that watch over you there and no matter where you are. I can not express my love and gratitude for the candles, the love, the honor and rememberance that you give to C.J. ( and to us) these years. I love you with all my heart and so does C.J.
GOD BLESS YOU WITH ALL...

CJ darlin, out of the candles I lit, I could see yours the brightest from my house...well on into the night. I'm always walking back and forth from my house to my parents.I kept a check throughout the night when I would pass through. A lot of people say it's creepy back here and ask me aren't you scared to walk around so late at night, I always say "no,I never have been, I think there are quite a few that watch closely for me" I can still remember your smile as many others can too
