Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of the passing of your father. Curtis was one of the great men in my life. We worked together in the ITVA. He and I worked on the chapter newsletter together for years. And Patsy was always so patient and kind to me. He taught me about layout and design but most of all he taught me about self worth. In later years before Katrina, he used to come talk with my students in TV production about scriptwriting for corporate television.

By happenstance I am reconnected to a great teacher and mentor...I always had hoped to meet Mr. Cox again one day....he directed me in several plays at Colton...he was so positive and encouraging to my wish at the time to go further in acting...we went to the state rally at LSU with a play...he did me a great kindness by showing me a Judge's review, where the Judge wrote, several times, "thank God for Teddy" (my character)...he was such a model teacher and friend at that time that I have...

Vicki,
It saddens all of us to hear of your fathers passing. We extend to all your family our deep and heartfelt condolences on the loss of such a wonderful man. It is never easy to lose a parent, no matter their age. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that he will suffer no more. I pray for your peace and comfort during this difficult period.

Dearest Cox Family,
My mother and father (Marie Sietzen and Raymond Catton) grew up in New Orleans and graduated from Nicholls High School with Curtis. I have heard many great stories about Curtis and Patsy all my life. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I am sure he will be greatly missed. But how fortunate you are for having such an accomplished, interesting, loving and vibrant man to have been a part your lives. My heart celebrates with you.

My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of sorrow. (Psalm 145:19)

Mr. Cox taught me business English in 1964 at Warren Easton High. I will always remember him as one of the best teachers I knew. My prayers are with his family.

My sincere condolences to your family for the loss of your love one. May the God of comfort be with you during this sad occasion and may his loving words at John 6:40 console your hearts.

To the family my Deepest Sympathy. Curtis was a great guy and a good school teacher.
