My condolences to the family of Curt Goodman. I have fond memories of some conversations with him. He encouraged me to visit a retired firefighter that was dying of cancer. I took his advice and was grateful for the exhortation to do so from Curt. I also recall a discussion about a book he was reading. The title was "John 3:16".
