Curtis Fred Hammer was born February 7, 1923 in Reasonor, Iowa the son of Ira L. and Mable Francis (Wilson) Hammer. He passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at his residence in Cortez at the age of 94. Surviving Curtis are his children, Russell Hammer (Nancy) of Gilbert, AZ and Marvin C. Hammer of Casa Grande, AZ; his three grandchildren and his five great-grandchildren. Curtis was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lois Hammer; and his siblings, Kenneth and Naomi Hammer.
