Uncle Curt will be sadly missed, it was always nice to see him smile and give me a big hug. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Aunt Doris, John, Dee & Jeff...No words can truly ease the pain of Uncle Curt's passing. Take comfort in knowing that you were there to love and support him throughout his life and especially the past few months when he needed you the most. Remember the good times you had with him and cherish those memories. You are in my thoughts and prayers...may he rest in peace! Love, Brian

Living in Germany and Scandinavia for so many years we didn't get to see Uncle Curt much but please know, Aunt Doris, we loved him very much. I can remember him coming home on leave from the U.S. Army many times bringing super neat gifts and us having lots of fun at 513 So. 7th St., Ironton,OH. God Bless you all, Susie(Hankins) and Fred

I remember Uncle Curt best when the Hankins family would regularly get together in Ironton at PaPa Hankins' home. Those days in the 50's and 60's were made special by Curt's friendly nature and kindness to all the children. His passing takes some of the childhood memories of all those wonderful family reunions. May God's grace give Curts family peace and good health in the days ahead.

Doris,

I so loved Curt! I can remember his laugh and how his eyes lit up! He was always was so much support for Grandma Markins. She loved him like he was her own son. He will be greatly missed. Love, Kelly & Andy

Aunt Doris, Johnny, Dee, Jeff and family ... where do you begin but to say how sorry we are to hear of Uncle Curt's passing. One of my fondest childhood memories is having him visit, running and jumping onto his outstretched arms, me on one side and Richard on the other, him walking along, carrying us both. He will be missed by us and all who loved him dearly. Sincerely, Mark and Karen
