Not sure what to say?

Linda and Mrs. Lloyd,
We only heard yesterday about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Linda I remember a party that you had probably during my first year at Meadowdale H.S. and I remember your father turning on the light on the front of the garage and walking around the side of the house to ensure that every thing was on the up and up. I know that you both will miss Mr. Lloyd, but know that he is safe and will be watching over you until you see him again.

He was the sharpest knife in the drawer. The only thing he could not do was teach me how to hit a golf ball. A very special man indeed.

I will always remember his smile and his poetry. The Summit Christian family will definitely miss him.

I will miss you and love you very much, you helped bring me into my manhood and your wisdom was always helpful and the stories you told will last a lifetime.Playing catch in the backyard and the couple of times I did go play your favorite activity golf I will treasure for the rest of my life. The baseball games we attended together and the other events we attended will always be a big part of my best memories. The thing I think I will miss most, besides you,is just coming talking to you in your...

Mrs. Lloyd,Curtis was a wonderful man and a good friend.I pray that you will find the faith and strength to endure this stressful time.

I played golf with Curtis many times at Larch Tree Golf Course. I enjoyed Curtis sharing all his life experiences with me. He was a kind and gentle man and really enjoyed life.

Ms Viola,

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. May God continue to you and your family.

The world lost a wonderful man when God called you home. I will forever be thankful for having the priviledge of spending your last year with you, you were more than just a patient to me, you were my very dear friend. Tuesday afternoons will never be the same. I cherish the knowledge you provided me and will always laugh at the memories of your stories about baseball and golf. You are deeply missed. With love, your nurse

I WILL MISS YOU. YOU WERE A ROLE MODEL FOR ME FOR OVER 40 YEARS.

Rest in Peace Mr. Lloyd. We had many phone conversations on your baseball career a few years back. May you now walk in the field of dreams my friend. God bless.
