Not sure what to say?

Pat and John, I was so sorry to hear about your dad. I have fond memories of him being our neighbor across the street on Graisbury. I was so glad to see and talk with him at my mom and dad's funerals. He was a very kind man. May God grant you peace and comfort.

Bud was a wonderful man of generous spirit and great humor, and he freely shared those gifts with all who knew him. We will miss him very, very much. With love and affection, Judy' D'Amato & Jim Tierney

Jen and I are so sorry to hear of Bud's passing. I too have many fond memories of Bud as a child. The thumb and quarter trick were great, but I still use the "secret hand-shake" with my children and students. The smile I get from the kids reflect mine as a child with a shaken arm. Bud will be greatly missed and our prayers are with you.

Bill and I and the girls were sadden to hear of Bud's passing. Our thoughts, and prayers are with his family, Bud and Annamarie were a big part of my families life growing up. As a little girl I always enjoyed our family visits to the Mapes house. Bud's magic quarter and thumb trick, when I had children of my own he use to show them the same magic.(It still amazed me) He was truly a wonderful man. I'm sadden to hear of Bud's passing, but knowing he and Annamarie are together again gives me...

Pat and family: So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. We were blessed to speak with him and get a tape of his words for our Fairview website that we will cherish. May your memories of him comfort you at this time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mapes
this year. We spoke for about three hours, and he told me about his life.
We both grew up in the same town,Fairview. He was a special man,I only knew him briefly, but I will remember him the rest of my life.

Kevin and I are deeply saddened to hear of Bud’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to John and Pat as well as the entire family. We are comforted by knowing that he is with his dear Annamarie and Dad. With all our love, Rose and Kevin
