Curtis M. Menke

Curtis M. Menke age 73 of, Murfreesboro, TN, died Monday March 26, 2012. A native of Greenfield, MA, he was the son of the late Herbert and Franziska Poppelbaum Menke.

Mr. Menke is survived by sons, Shawn F. Menke of Birmingham, AL, Brian M. Menke of Huntsville, AL; Christopher B. Menke of Smyrna, TN, and Peter B. Menke of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Blake, John, and Julianna Menke.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel with David Skidmore officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with Military Honors. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.

Mr. Menke was a graduate of Adams Massachusetts High School and attended Brown University. He was a member of the Episcopal Church, a US Army veteran, and a retired engineer with G. E. and formerly employed at Middle Tennessee Christian School.
