To the family of Staff Sgt. Curtis Oakes:
Curtis gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our fallen heroes be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you. "Some gave all."

God continue to bless the Oakes family, & even more his children. Though I didn't know Curtis personally, last night during my Run to Remember I carried a card (photo) in his honor. As I read more about him he was a hero and a friend to all. God Bless Curtis, and God Bless the military as they continue to make the World a better place. Semper Fi., R Wilson CA
