Not sure what to say?

I have fond memories when I think back on Curt and Crystal Lake School. He led by example for the students and younger teachers like myself. I remember the old pick up truck he got from Doris Heintz.

Dear Marilyn and family,
I worked at Crystal Lake School with Curt for several years. The children loved him. He made learning fun and interesting and our school a nicer place to work. We have all looked forward to seeing him at the retired Ellington teachers lunch. He always conveyed the love and pride he held for you, his family. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Marilyn and family, We will miss Curt but he is free from pain. Your in our prayers and have our deepest sympathy. We are only a call away if you need anything.

I was terribly saddened to read of Curt's passing. We taught across the hall from one another at Crystal Lake for almost 10 years and the stories I could tell would always include his humor. I especially remember his love for his family and that special Chevy II. May all the fond memories that you have of Curt serve as a pillow to cushion the blow, the hurt and the pain.
