Cy David "Mudcat" Grant

Dear Nell and "Mudcat´s" Family, Please accept my most sincere condolences with the passing of Mudcat (hard to say David after all these years). He was such a great friend to so many and even though he was younger than me, he earned the respect of everyone as a son, brother, father, family man, friend, teammate, businessman and in the USC community. He will be missed by all but the memories are everlasting. And, I do wish to say I am one of the fortunate ones who was blessed to have Mudcat...

Just read where mud cat passed away. they was a great friend and will be sorely missed rest in peace, old friend.

So sorry to hear this , I just moved back to the Habersham area and was hoping to see my old friend. Played football with him in high school, just such a shock. May you rest in peace my friend. It’s been well over 50 years since I have seen you! Thoughts and prayer for all of his family as you move forward in life!

Nell and family, I am so sorry for your loss,I went to North Habersham with my siblings, until our Dad passed away ,we moved to Ala. 1965, I do remember David, so nice, a man of faith, God Bless each of you
