Cy Joseph

Cy and Mala, were my parents oldest friends from the time they met in Sweden. As members of the close-knit Holocaust survivor community in Chicago there wasn't a week that went by or a holiday that Cy Joseph did not sit with us together to celebrate life. Cy was a very strong and powerful man yet he was funny and kind and gentle at the same time. One of the best times that I had with him was in the late 70's when they were visiting Israel and I served as their "guide."
