Not sure what to say?

Now that you are gone I wish that I had spent time with you later on in life as an adult just to chat and talk about the good old days in my fourth and 5th grade classrooms at Union School. Rest in peace and we shall meet again.

Miss Butler was my fourth grade teacher at Union School in the 1950s and she loved our class so much that she decided to follow us to the fifth grade and became our teacher there. Decades later she would often meet my mother at a beauty parlor in Milford Connecticut to get her hair done to get their hair done I guess I should say and she often asks about me. I still love Miss Butler and I have to say she was the best teacher that I've ever had in my life. Rest in peace Miss Butler

She had a way of teaching that stuck with me. I learned a lot from her and she made a lasting impact on my life. May she rest in peace.
