Cannon-Messics, Cynthia L.Rev. Cynthia L. "Froggy" Cannon-Messics, 48, of Northampton died Friday, Sept. 19, 2014 in Bethlehem. She is the wife of William J. Messics, Sr. Cindy was born in Fountain Hill on July 27, 1966 to Edward T. Cannon of Allentown and the late Joan M. (McCue). She was a non-denominational minister and previously worked at New Bethany Ministries. She is member of St. George's Episcopal Church, Hellertown; Se-Wy-Co Fire Company where she was a Paramedic and Fire Police and also served with Northampton County Fire Police. Survivors: In addition to her loving husband of 25 years; father; children: William J. Jr., Thomas J. (Ashley), Jason E., Joslyn R.; siblings: David L. (Joanne) Cannon, Jane E. Johnson, Cathleen M. Eck (Rev. Michael); granddaughter: Brynn A. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at St. George's Church, 735 Delaware Avenue, Hellertown followed by the service at 3 p.m. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at: www.heintzelmancares.com. Very sorry to hear of the passing of an old friend. Even though we have not spoken in many years, it breaks my heart to know you're gone. The only condolence is in knowing that heaven has another angel singing in it's choir.
