I wish I could find the right words to say. I have lived across the street from Cindy for seventeen years. Fifteen of those years, she struggled with health issues, fighting to beat the odds. She is truly a hero. She showed unbelievable courage and optimism through all of her illnesses and never gave up. You, one of those spectacular persons, who touched so many with your lovely smile, quick wit and caring soul will so be missed. I am proud to be your colleague and loved watching you deal with the most difficult educational problems with such grace and humor.
