Keep lighting the World around you...

To Russ and Cindy's families: I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Cindy was truly a fun, intelligent, vibrant, loving, caring person. She was so fortunate to have been loved so deeply by those who meant the most to her. Her light will never dim.

To Janet and family,

Our children,Cyndi,Sherri,Terry and
Cindy had so much fun together..When we went camping Cindy and Terry were part of our family so they went with us.. Where ever we went I had 5 daughters instead of 3..They were always spending the night together at our house or yours..So many memories.. I remember she came to my 60th birthday party and told me she always thought of me as her second Mom.. I hope she is at peace now and my thoughts and prayers are with all...

I just heard about Cindy's passing...and am so sorry for everyone that she left behind. I know Cindy from the Secretary of State's office where I used to work. She was a great woman who always made everyone smile. I know she will be missed by many.

I worked with Cindy at the Secretary of State's office for many years and she was one of the best people around. I moved several years ago to Alabama and was thinking of her just yesterday. I had no idea she was ill. This was such a shock, she will be missed. Such a great soul and she will be missed by many, many people. My prayer's go out to her family and friends.

Sweet Cindy Lou -- I, as so many others, knew Cindy through the Secretary of State's office... So many memories, heartfelt talks and ALOT of laughs.. I will miss her dearly

I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to all of Cindy's family & friends. Although i never met Cindy in person i worked with her over the phone for the last 4 years, she was always an extreme pleasure to work with. Over the 4 years i talked with her she was always one of my "favorite" clients, one who i enjoyed talking to at any time. I know that she was well liked by all of our employees and i am sure anyone who met her. I was so sorry to hear of her passing when i called to talk to her...

To the Lotz Family and Russ,

Woody and I were stunned to read about Cindy's passing away. I can't ever think of Cindy and not smile. We sure worked through some tough times and some really fun times at Secretary of State (old and new buildings)for almost 15 years. I was always in awe of her backpacking/hiking trips (think M&M's)and loved to hear about them. Yes, we also remember her breaking in her hiking boots and running up and down the stairs to get in shape for another...

To Cindy's Family and Friends,
I was so stunned to learn of Cindy's passing in the paper this morning. I was so fortunate to meet Cindy at the Secretary of State's Office. She was such a delight to work with and to be around. There wasn't anything that Cindy couldn't do - and she always got the impossible done. She was truly a joy to be around - a real and genuine person in the world.

My deepest condolescenses to her family, Russell, her friends, and co-workers. You...
