Cynthia Petrucelli Perez

PEREZ, Cynthia Petrucelli, 65, of Tampa passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014. She was born on June 6, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois and was later married to the late Ernesto "Ernie" Perez of Tampa. Cynthia is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Petrucelli of Tampa; 2 special children in her life, Olivia I. Crane of Zephyrhills and Phoebe Switzer of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Also surviving are her loving brother, Peter and her sister, Alice and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the H. Moffitt Cancer Center and the staff at Melech Hospice House. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Melech Hospice House- LifePath Hospice 12973 Telecom Pkwy.
