Cynthia Carol Rouse

Cynthia was one of the kindest, sweetest people i I know. She always had a book in her hand and that's how we struck up a friendship at work. I adored her lovely sense of humor and the way she snuck up on you with a sly comment or joke. She was wicked hilarious! She was my go-to when a literary conversation or a smile was needed.
