She was my daughter´s (Paula) friend first, then became my friend mainly because of the passing of my son-in-law(Rob Kulp). You could not ask for a better friend, she would open up her heart & home to you. They don´t come much nicer than Cindy. She did throw Great Halloween Parties. The world is a sadder place without her, we will miss her

I remember Cindy well from waiting on her at the Bank Of PA when she was one of my regular drive up customers. Cindy was always smiling and laughing. My condolences to her family.
