Mrs Wheatland was one of the most generous and kind hearted persons I have known. She always showed an interest in my family, though we were only aquaintences. My kids especially liked her comments on the current state of the Boston Red Sox each summer. I had the privledge of house watching for the Wheatlands in years past and share many wonderful memories of their beautifully decorated home, so obviously influenced by her hand.
