I have know Cynthia since she was studying at Georgia State University. We had so much in common and became good friends and remained as such even when she moved back to Akron. She did love traveling and seeing the sights. She had a wonderful way of describing things and looking at life. From the start we had a shared value system. She did love her family and was committed to stand by them til the end. She did her part and when the Lord Almighty saw fit he gave her wings to fly to her eternal...

I am so sorry to hear about my high school friend. I had a long history with her at John R. Buchtel in Akron, Ohio. We were majorettes together and had so much fun going to camps and parades. She was a beautiful soul and a Miss Black Ohio Beauty Queen. Bethany and Butch I am so sorry for your loss.
