Cy and I have been long time friends. He became a Lutheran pastor and I became a Baptist pastor. I have been in Raleigh since 1967. After his retirement He volunteered as as a Train Host. He would often come to Raleigh, and spend a few hours with me.Then he would take a later train back to Charlotte. Cy is one of the finest men I have ever known.

To the Frazier family we extend our deep sympathy for the loss of your loved one. As Cyrus' neighbor , it was a joy to surprise him with sweets like my homemade cupcakes because he enjoyed them so much and expressed his sincere delight with every bite. May you find comfort in knowing that now Cyrus has boarded that last train home and has arrived to a glorious welcome ; and that he is safe, healthy, & happy , at peace in the arms of Jesus and friends.

So sorry to read of Cyrus death. I met him right after he came to Mt. Holly so he will be missed by many people. Please know the family are in my thoughts and prayers.
