I just heard the sad news of Dr. Cyrus Serry´s passing and it saddened me. Even though I have not been able to be in close contact for the past 50 years because of the geographical separation in the United States, I vividly remember him as a kinda and serious student in Tehran. I also remember him as a strong team player. We knew Dr. Serry for years during my practice years in Family Medicine. Not only was he one of the most skilled surgeons- but above all a true gentleman and a kind human being.
