Not sure what to say?

He was my mentor, my friend, and the person that helped me understand the importance of taking care of friends and family. I feel like his children are my siblings instead of cousins. I genuinely love and respect them all. If anything good has come out of this, it has drawn me closer to them. They had a wonderful father, but he also had some of the most kind hearted children I know. I thank them for letting me be a part of their lives. I will miss my uncle so...

Class mate of "53"

His mind was analytical and sharp-witted.Noted for his sense of humor, each phone call was punctuated with a new joke. His generosity was both documented and done quietly behind the scenes. He disdained accepting praise.Deeply devoted to things of the past, he fought hard to save it as evidenced by trying to save Castle Heights.Besides having vision, he was a sports enthusiast,...

I have so many memories of Danny that it would be hard to fit in such a small space. From the days at Oiler Park and the many memories that surrounded that portion of his life...to a dream of turning one store into a national chain. It wasn't just the business but the lives that were touched because of it. Danny was so giving and quiet in doing so but yet impacted so many. What a legacy he created throughout his lifetime...I am so thankful that I knew him on my life's journey. God Bless...

Just wanted to let you know how sorry we were to here about Danny's passing away. I know each of you will miss him and our prayers go out to you at this time of loss.

My condolences go out to the Evins family. My thoughts and prayers are also with the children of his late wife, Elvia and Alberto, and their children, who knew Danny for many years as a loving a step-father and grandfather.
