Our prayers and thoughts are with the Starnes family. We came to know Ed & Rae through his art work. Ed had a way to express his vision of the world with his painting gift. His work has brightened our days and will for many years to come. I can imagine Ed still painting. Peace be with you.

We were saddened to hear of Ed's passing and so sorry that we were not able to attend the service.
It was always a pleasure to see Ed walking into our business at Quality Photo.
The painting that Ed painted for us of Marble Plains Church at Times Ford has meant so much to our family. His artistic ability was incredible.
Our phone call from Ed two months ago will be a cherished memory to us.
He will be remembered in our hearts.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you...

Ed Starnes Sr. was such a magnificent, kind, loving man. I loved seeing/visiting with he and Rae down at Panoply each yr while he showed his gorgeous artwork. Ed, you were truly blessed with an extraordinary Dad. Sending hugs and prayers to Rae, Ed Jr. Lynne, Emily and family.
