In January and way below freezing in both Highland Flats and St Maries, ID, at the annual ID Balsam Fir harvest (the colder the better), Gary and his family would often take time from their grueling harvest schedule to share the vision and to bless people! Gary's heart couldn't resist returning to Spokane where it all began with his 1st handmade distillery and a backyard crop of Lavender.
