Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of having been the first to hire Dahl at SLC Aging Services. At the time I did not know I would have almost 25 years of being loved and entertained by her. How grateful I am that we both made the last "Ladies Lunch' in October. My prayers and love go to all her children and grand and great grand children. Only each of you can know how she lived her life for each of you! Such a lovely, lovely lady. I will miss her truffles and jams. May your pain of loss be eased, wrapped in...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Robert loved Dahl as a neighbor. Tina loved working with her at the School District and going to lunch
with her and the retired lunch ladies. She always had a smile , a hug and an uplifting word. What a sweet person ! She will be missed.

I remember when my children were young and we were trying to make extra money to support them, Dahl would let us borrow her catering dishes so we wouldn't have to purchase them. I worked at the district as well with her. She was a wonderful woman.

It was my privilege to cross paths with Dahl working in the Meals on Wheels Program for Aging Services. On occasions I would drop by her senior center to make deliveries. I always looked forward to seeing Dahl because of her warmth and loving nature and always appreciated how welcome I felt in her presence. I just wanted you to know that in simple, ordinary, everyday interactions your mother loved, impressed and made others feel better by being around her.

To the Carter family, especially Carol and Brenda. I was so shocked to hear of your mother's passing. I do not take the paper and a friend called me tonight about it. I would have been to the funeral had I known. Karen and Colleen did not know about it until I called them tonight. They both felt very sad that they also did not know in time to attend the services. They send their love. Your mother has been such a great example. She was a friend and a co-worker and I loved her very...

Dahl's Family. We met your Mom & grandma at the senior center, she was such a nice lady we loved her dearly, when she retired from the center that was a great loss,We love when she came to visit the center, all the hugs we get and such loving words , she will be missed very much. My husband just love to sit and chat with her, She is with the angels now & looking down at us.Everyone at the senior center loved her.

To Dahls Family;
I was a co-worker of Dalhs' at Jordan School District. I first met her in the 1970's and was immediately drawn to her and her gracious, warm and sincere personality. She was always upbeat and willing to help and share ideas with me. We became good friends and Dahl helped me to start catering on my own. She shared ideas for receptions, loaned me dishes,and we talked of friends and family as we got to know each other. She went on to be one of the best coordinators for...

Carter Family,
Our family was very blessed to live just down the street from yours as we grew up. I have many fond memories of spending time in your home. Your MOM was the greatest woman. I will always remember her sweetness and beautiful smile. Brenda, you were such a loving support when we lost our Dad just one year ago this month. May you all find the peace that this time of year can especially bring. Much love to all.

Dear Family of Sis. Carter,
I send my sincere sympathy and condolensces to you all upon the passing of our dear Dahl whom we all knew and loved so much. I know she will soon see my Betty Mae and many others of her dear friends and family, God Bless You all. Sincerely,
