My deepest and most sincere condolences to Daisy Aberlin on the anniversary of her passing. I never had the honor to meet Daisy. I worked, very closely, with her talented daughter Betty. We were close associates and friends from the Misterogers show. All the best to the Aberlin family.

Dear Betty and Alice,
My deepest sympathies on Daisy's passing.
Daisy did so much to make Staten Island a better place to be. One of my first memories is of going to nursery school at the JCC where she was teaching; the children all loved her and thought she was magical.
What she did for the Music Institute was astounding. The Music Institute was one of the most important influences on my life, and I'm sure it was for others too. I will always recall how she fought...

Words cannot express how sad I feel that Daisy is no longer among us. She was an important part of my life from my earliest memories. Dear Betty and Alice,

I send you so much love and comfort on the loss of your mother. She was so important to me, growing up -- she showed me, by example, how important an aunt can be, and I've tried to carry that forward to the next generation. She gave her family, and the world, so much music, and love of learning, and respect for strong women, and love. I will always hold her in my heart.

Love,
Barbara
