Not sure what to say?

She was "one of a kind" -- a true southern belle who was a friend to all. I'll always remember the summer we were roommates on a European tour!

Sending my thoughts and prayers at the loss of Miss Daisy. God Bless.

What a wonderful teacher, I will never forget ... math and life skills!!! I just Loved Miss Daisy!

Ms Daisey a sweetest lady. Blessings to the family.

May God's loving arms wrap the Leland family with love, during this hard time. She was truly a lady of grace and kindness. The memory of her will always be present in my mind.

Dear Libby and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I met Daisy at Curves where we bonded as older women working out. I will miss her. Mary Nicholson, Johns Island, S. C.

Ah, but Mrs. Leland was an Ashley Hall institution unto herself. How she put up with me during my years as her student is a testament to her patience and grace (C '76). She never gave up on me! I'd like to think I made her proud in my later years, after gaining some success in academics. She will be fondly remembered.

Dear Ones,

We were saddened to read of Daisy's passing. She touched so many lives with her loving spirit. I grew up with her and Nancy in Forest Hills and were classmates together at Dreher High School.

Do know you are all in our prayers and I am richly blessed with wonderful childhood memories of her. God Bless..

Like so many others, we thought the world of Daisy and I have wonderful memories of the summer we spent traveling together through Europe with a group on a Brownell Tour. We will think of you often as you experience this sad time of transition; We sent our sincere sympathy. Love and prayers,
