Tonight we say good buy to a man that has somehow always had a part in our lives. My husband and I have known Gabe for over 43 years. He helped Larry get a job at the Sunocco. There was a time Gabe was dating my best friend in high school, and to make a date go from three to four he called Larry from the station.(He actually called the wrong Larry). "Gabe" and I are both uncles to a wonderful neice and two wonderful nephews. As young teenagers, we spent part of the summer of '68 together in New Hope, PA where we'd enjoy daily swimming and playing tennis. Though I haven't seen Gabe since the 70's, I'll always remember him as a quiet, polite gentleman with immense character.
