Dale Alan Burger Jr.

As an Occupational Therapist, I had the honor of treating Dale Sr at Perry Point VA. I also had the honor and pleasure to meet Dale Jr. whenever he came to visit his Dad. I remember getting the news about Dale Jr. We were all heartbroken. Such a wonderful young man. Can´t believe it has been 20 years. Blessings to the Burger family

Another year have passed. Still so hard living without you. Wondering what life would have been for you at 36. I look at your pictures everyday and I see my baby boy at 21 in the deserts of Iraq. I see the wrinkles on your forehead and know you were thinking of the dire strait of whats to come in Fallujah. You were always thinking ahead, planning the what ifs.

Words cannot express how much I loved you my darling son. You were so kind and compassionate, intelligent and strong,...

Another year has passed and I missed my baby boy Dale Jr. more than ever. You would have been 34. I often wondered if you would have married and with children. I'm grateful your 'brothers' share their lives with me. I can just imagine you as a dad with your children. You would have been an awesome dad. Love you with all my heart, your mama bear.

Veteran's Day 2016 and an upcoming sad 12th anniversary--- Remembering you Dale and Dad.
