Dr. Dale Louis DeConcilis

Dr. Deconcilis was my eye doctor since his office was on Pike Street in Canonsburg. He was always kind and put his patients at ease. My sincere condolences to his family and former staff. He was a great guy and a wonderful doctor. May he rest in peace.

We were so sorry to hear that Dale passed away. He was a very special person to me (Debbie) and all my family. Our deepest condolences and prayers to Joyce and family.

Dr DeConcilis was my eye doctor for over 30yrs. There is so many memories I have of him and the fantastic office staff. I can say that Dr DeConcilis went above and beyond to make everyone feel special and not just another patient. So saddened to hear of Dale´s passing. He was one of my favorite people. We shared so many laughs and good times at the Glaucoma-Cataract golf outings at Lakeview. I remember him coming up to me a few weeks after my dad died and asking if I was ok. So many nice memories of such a good guy. Godspeed Dale. You were great.

I'm so sorry to read that Dr. DeConcilis has passed away. He was always such a pleasant and friendly man. My connections to him were as a "patient", but he became such a friend, as well. My condolences to his wife and family.
