Deem family, So sorry to hear of Dale passing. Dale was only one block away as we grew up and went to school.I left Sumas. but was near, and would run into Dale on occasion Dale made you feel you had never left. All the Bishop family wish you comfort. Ron and Bonnie Bishop

"When you are a father, and you hear your children's voices, you will feel that those little ones are akin to every drop in your veins; that they are the flower of your life and you will cleave so closely to them that you seem to feel every movement that they make."
~ Honoré De Balzac (1799-1850) from Le Père Goriot

Shannon I am so sorry of the loss of your dad he will be greatly missed. Love you my friend.

So so sorry for your loss Shannon! You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers!

I was totally shocked today to read about Dale! He was 5 months my senior, and I met him in 1989 when I was working at "Starvin' Sam's" in Sumas. He'd come into the store & chat...and most always leave me in stitches! I think he was the funniest person I ever met, and wish we'd had the opportunity throughout our lives to be more connected. I don't know if he'd feel the same way...but I know that I'd be better for it! Words can't express my sorrow for his passing...and my sympathy to the family.

So sorry for your loss Shannon, he will be forever in your heart! You were such a good and loving daughter, so glad you have many warm memories!
