Dale Jean Diede

Scott, I worked with Dale at China Lake for over 10 years and just learned of his passing last night. He was a devoted civil servant cast in the same mold as those who won the cold war for the U.S.. I learned a lot from him and admired his sense of professionalism. My sincere condolences on your loss.
