Not sure what to say?

I am a former labor union representative for city blue-collar workers of the City of Fresno and I am proud to have had the opportunity to know Dale Doig as a City of Fresno Councilman, Mayor, and friend. Mayor Doig was always a friend to organized labor and supported the various issues related to union workers. He was instrumental in returning the city's concrete repair program that installed and repaired sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, programs once eliminated after the passing of proposition...

My Father completed his student teaching under Mr. Doig at Roosevelt. They remained respectful friends after my Dad graduated from Fresno State with his degree in PoliSci and continued his career with the CHP. I will always remember the clear sound of his voice and the smile on his face. May his memory be a blessing.

Mr Doig was my teacher at Roosevelt 2 years in a row. We all loved him as our teacher. He was so much fun, and very smart. He taught us so much, and I thank him so much. God Bless you, Mr Doig.....

Dale was a pledge brother forSigma Chi. I counted he and Sally as two of my best friends at Fresno State. He had a great sense of humor and was always very down to earth and positive. I´m so sorry to hear of his passing.

Lisa, Michael and family, my deepest condolences to you all. It has been some time and wonder if you remeber me. Please know, Dale was a huge influence in my formative years as was Sally and of course Ken. I am truly saddened to learn you are now void of all three. Know that I will keep your family in my thoughts and wish you all continued love and God's grace.

Our sincere condolences go out to Lisa and the Doig Family. May he rest in heavenly peace.
