Not sure what to say?

I learned today from nephew Gerald Haynor of Dale's passing. My condolences to Dorothy and her family.

Becky I'm so sorry you've lost your Daddy-O. I know you're missing him and pray that your great memories of times spent together will sustain you. You're all in our thoughts and prayers. With love and hugs,

I met Dale at the Columbus Oldtimers event after Billy Earl's death. His hilarious sense of humor and memory for the history of the sport were wonderful. I was honored to be a friend and wish I had known him earlier.

I became acquainted with Dale in the early 1980s thru our mutual interest in the Mutual Racing Association track roadster history which led to a long friendship and being involved together in many vintage racing events GOOD BY OLD FRIEND we had a great ride together

So sorry to hear of Dale's passing, we both cared a lot for him. May God give you strength during this time of sorrow. Love Vic and Donna

I am very sorry for your loss, Dale will be missed by everyone that knew him. I had much admiration and respect for him.

Always enjoyed talking to Dale. Great guy, will be missed by many. Myself included.

I first met Dale when he was Billy Earl's 'ride' to the annual Columbus Speedway/25th Street Raceway Old Timers Reunion. From that moment on, Dale was my 'go-to' source of information on the Roaring Roadster era in Indiana. Fine individual and a 'walking encyclopedia' of vintage racing information. R.I.P. my friend. Dorothy and Family. I can only imagine how great your loss is. I will truly miss Dale and talking Mutual Roadsters. RIP, my dear friend
