Dale Hostetter

I am writing this not only for me but also my brother, Carroll Snoke, and my sisters Lyndith and Lucille. We were very close friends to the Hostetters, our next farm neighbors and shared many experiences (some mischievous to say the least). One that stands out in my memory was the night they bull-banded Carroll and his new bride by making all sorts of awful noise for an extended period of time all around our house even after Lyndith poured a bucket of water on one of them. All in good fun...

Dale Hostetter was a very long time friend of my Dad´s. I remember the fifties well- we all lived within a mile of each other and whenever anyone needed help all the other farmers pitched in. I have glimpses of memories at the Bellegrove fair of my Dad,Carl, Dale and Sonny all reminiscing and laughing about their common past escapades. So many memories I will treasure for the rest of my life. My condolences to the whole family
