Was Dale,a manger at Creative Systems where he was only salesman of nearly 300 in company to make presidents club. He was a sponge for knowledge and became a good friend but lost touch after his move to San Diego. Great loss.

Just recently became aware of Dale's passing. I knew him from late 90's to about 2004.
I learned many things from him and indeed practiced The Vital Triangle, still do.
Many others in the gym learned about fitness, intensity, and nutrition from him. He was as athletic as they come.
The one thing I remember from him that has stuck with me since is, when you have a problem, go toward it, don't run from it.

Dale and I went to the first Dodger game together in Los Angeles in 1957 , we cut a day in fourth grade at Oak Grove to go see it in the Coliseum . Miss him greatly, the iron man with a great smile.

Dale was a great work friend at Percival Tours in Los Angeles in the 1975 - 1977 time frame. We both worked in sales for awhile and we became friends. He was really into fitness and the science of body building. I knew Debbie as well. He loved her deeply and at the time they were inseparable. It pained me to realize Dale was struggling later in life, because he was such a great guy. I still have a book Dale gave me about the Vietnam war. While we lost touch in later years, I will always...
