Not sure what to say?

Dana, Nicole and Ryan, I miss our great times at Midland and when your dad came to Colorado and we played in the Pinery Preferntial. On a sad note, you probably are not aware that my son Grant passed away on September 18th last year. He succumed to pancreatic cancer. I thought you would like to know. Hope you are all doing well. Regards, Charlie

So sorry for the loss of Dale, our thoughts and prayers go out to Jill and all of his family. Love from Dale Kendall and family.

He was a skilled lawyer and a great judge. He also exhibited a few skills on the golf course! We are left with many fond memories.

Dear Jill, Dana, Ryan & Nicole,

Sorry to hear of Dale's passing. I think back on the many good times we had, not only on the golf course but those family times at Breezy Point. I can remember when we were young and Dale could take both sides of an issue and argue it quite well. I told him then that, "You should be a lawyer!" What a lawyer he turned out to be and a district court judge no less.
Memories never die, just the body that carries the soul that helped create them. I will...

So glad you're not suffering anymore, Judge! So sad you had to go through all of that. You were a great boss, a great judge and friend. You had a great sense of humor. I'm going to miss a lot about you. My prayers to your family during this difficult time.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Heaven just got a great addition to the bench. Dale was a very good lawyer and an even better judge. I am very sorry for the loss and pain Dale's family must be feeling right now. Although we like to think we are prepared for a loss such as this nothing really can take away the sense of loss. Dale made a difference for his community and for his family and friends....and so in a sense he will remain with us.
