Not sure what to say?

Ahhh. When Dale´s smiling face showed up in my inbox today I smiled back at him. He lit up a room and warmed hearts. I am so grateful I was touched by his wonderful intensity.

I was very sad to hear of Dale´s passing. He was a special person in my life as he was to many others. I went to school with him at SFX and CC. Remembering his upbeat personality, positive outlook and, of course his joking around and laugh bring a smile to my face. To his family I am deeply sorry for your loss. May your happy memories provide you with some solace.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Monticello Family. Remember the good times...and cherish those Family memories. Dale will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Dale served on the Advisory Board of the Ferris State University Honors Program, and in that capacity he brought his wit, warmth and great energy. The students and I were so fond of him; he made such an indelible impression on my mind. I looked forward to his annual visit as he always was full of ideas and encouraging feedback. He was a shining star in our midst.

I am so sorry to read Dale´s Obituary. Thinking about Dale brings me many happy memories. Our birthdays were a day apart always being the youngest in the class...almost. Condolences to all of his family. I´m sure he will be greatly missed. Heaven gains a great soul! Mary Jo Galetto

I went tohigh school and college wirh Dale. I am so sorry to learn of his passing. Dale was always a cheerful, friendly person. He left a positive effect on many people. I offer my prayers on behalf of Dale and his granddaughter, Harper. They are together again in heaven. I hope there is peace in that knowledge.

That picture of Monty fits with our memories of him aptly. In fact, I don't remember many instances--except when he was expressing empathy in the sincerest of ways--in which Monty didn't have his patented grin at the ready. The Class of GRCCHS '68 was blessed to have Monty as part of it. Our prayers and condolences are with Mich and the entire Monticello family.
