Dale William Pilgeram

While I got to work with Dale over many years, I had the career honor of serving as Dale's Technical Assistant during his tenure as VP of Development at IBM San Jose. Dale was a great leader, charismatic, intelligent, confident, and inspiring while maintaining humility and empathy. My sincerest sympathies to Molly and Family.

Remember so many great baseball games. Party ever chance we could. Sure you and David are having some good talks. So much fun at PLM, the trips to the Coast, and fun on Sunnyside. We were so fortunate to have each other. Love, Kay Branon

Oh Molly, your Dale was bigger than life.. how could we forget the gleam in his eyes when being with the Rapazzini baseball and Basketball team functions. I personally will always remember our trip to Greece and a side trip to Cairo. Remember buying gold at 2 in the morning , the camel rides and my prized found "emerald" he gave me on the shores of Rhodes, Greece.. a wonderful loving husband all the weddings of his children and how could we forget the shots of Tequilla at the Brannon...

Dale was my manager at IBM, San Jose for many years. We traveled all over the world together supporting Disk and Tape storage. We generally had a blast traveling to cities large and small, learning basic survival phrases like: "Where is the bathroom" in Norwegian, Hindi and Russian! Yes we went to Moscow once or twice. Dale was hands down the best boss I ever had! I will miss him. RIP Dale, I´ll be seeing you in 8-10 years or so. Chris Wood
