I was one of his liver transplants in April 1993. Amazing doctor. He went above and beyond for me. He believed in me and helped me live 32 more years and counting I was not aware of his passing until now. Condolences to his family. He is missed beyond words. He saved my life. Thank you Dr Rouch

He was the best surgeon in his field and he was always professional his life was cut short and will be missed I had the pleasure to work with him many times and it was always a great experience may his family be safe and remember him with good thoughts he helped so many people and may his spirit live forever Sandy Doney

I was greatly saddened when Barry called me about Dale´s passing. Even now it´s difficult to think about it. Dale was one of my best friends through high school. We made many great memories in sports and other activities. He was a great role model and I know a lot of younger kids always looked up to him. He touched the lives of so many people.
