Not sure what to say?

I have know Dale Schwartz since 1959. We met due to our mutual amateur radio hobby. He was a character to say the least and a good friend for 62 years. I will miss him to say the least. My current wife Carey thought the world of him. I realize that this entry is rather late, but I had to do it. Dales's cardiac surgeon and cardiologist were at Emory where I was for over 40 years. May God rest his soul. Dr. John Harden, Atlanta

I am so sorry to hear the sad news of Dales passing who I met 45 years ago and kept in touch for all these years . A lovely person who I will miss very much. Sending my sympathy to Susan and family.

Dale Schwartz inspired me and everyone who knew him. I had the good fortune to first meet Dale when we were students at the University of Georgia. He became my life-long friend and supporter. You could always count on Dale to do the right thing the right way. Thank you Susan and the rest of the family for sharing him with us.

I am so sorry to hear of Dale´s passing and sorry that I did not learn of it until now. Our career paths crossed in interesting ways. In the early 1980s I witnessed first hand Dale´s worthy and dedicated efforts on behalf of a pardon for Leo Frank. Some years later I worked often with Dale on immigration and refugee issues. Dale was always a skilled advocate. He fought hard for his clients. He was a good lawyer and a good and decent man. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Remembering Dale. his parents and Ronnie growing up in Athens. Dale was always warm and friendly . lived a productive life. May.his memory be a blessing for all.

What a man. I loved that guy. He adored Suzie and his 3 fabulous daughters. He was an amazing father and husband. We were his neighbor for 14 years in River Chase. He did much to make the world a better place. He was adored by all and he will be dearly missed. Much love, Ellie Dooner

My condolences to the Schwartz family on this incredible loss. Dale was always so kind to me as a young attorney and I always looked up to him as a role model. His passion is unmatched. I will feel his loss deeply, not just as a fellow immigration lawyer but also as a mentor and friend. I was able to attend his funeral virtually and my heart hurts at this tremendous loss.

Susan, Laine, and family, Our deepest condolences for the loss of Dale. His personality was larger than life, and I treasured our talks about politics, the law, and baseball. Much love to all of you.

To the Schwartz family, Our sincere condolences on your loss. Dale will be remembered by the many lives he impacted. Sincerely, Sharon and Barry Shafer
