Not sure what to say?

Hi Laurie, You and I haven't communicated in YEARS because I lost my phone with your contact information in it and ... didn't have anything backed up. I wonder if you will see this? I'd love to reconnect. Judy King

Trail Master - my (SRS) title

I found this painting several months ago at an estate sale. Other than the uncanny likeness to Dale, it's not of a specific person. Initial research reveal it's probably from 60 - 80 years ago. I will find out the exact date.

It is our loss for not keeping up with Geneva's young men, and after reading the great article in Arizona Highways we were sad to hear of Dale's passing. His mother and father were good friends of ours and they would be very proud of him, we remember Dale growing up, and when he returned from the service. He would remember us as the people who owned the Ace Hardware in Geneva. We are very proud to have known him and will pray for his family.
WHAT AGREAT PERSON !

I send my best to the family of Mr. Shewalter. I was a student of his in 99-00 4th grade a Whitzel el. The one thing i will always remember him saying is "Your mission to complete" and us the student would reply "Which we have no choice" lol. He was a great teacher and will be greatly missed

The January 31st Memorial Service for Dale was appropriately moving. I made a DVD of the Service and will gladly mail a copy to anyone requesting one. Email me at [email protected] or give me a call at 630-513-5195.

To the Shewalter Family;
On behalf of the Officers and Legionaires of Cantigny Post 556, 1st Division Museum, Cantigny, Wheaton, IL, I wish to extend my condolences to you all on the death of Dale. Cancer is an evil disease, stiking down exceptional people in the prime of their lives. But take assurance that God and St. Peter met him at the gates of heaven with a hearty "Semper Fi" to which he replied "Hoorah", as any good Marine would. Again, my condolences and our prayers are...

Dale's memorial service has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 31st at 11:00 AM in Ashurst Auditorium (Old Main) on the Northern Arizona University campus.
