Not sure what to say?

The memorial service you held for Dale at Henri's was lovely and brought smiles as well as touching moments. What a remarkable man and what a special family. Didn't get around to all of you personally, but enjoyed seeing you. Dale was an essential part of Longview; we will miss his wide smaile and outgoing nature.
Bless you all.

The "twinkle in your eyes" and your smile will be missed. I remember how you used to talk to me about a project you were doing for Joanne when you came into where we worked. You will be missed. Condolences to Joanne and family. God Bless!

Sharing the history of the Mill Creek area as we sat around the campfire will be a memory forever remembered of Dale. His delight in watching our cow, Pepper, eat the tomatoes he would bring to share along with his gentle teasing of our children made our entry into "country life" a wise decision. Jennifer has never forgotten the "sailor man" with the beard. Dale, may your stories continue to charm those you meet in your new life.

Dale will be missed by so many people. He lived life to the full, enjoying an interesting and happy family life. Ours was a true friendship which lasted over sixty years. He will be warmly remembered by myself and my son, Mark, also by my sisters, Pat and Lilian, and brother, Wilf. Rest in Peace, Dale. From Sheila in England.

We only met Dale once, but our lives were touched by his greatness - of stature, of mind and of heart. When the kids first saw him, they thought he was a giant. When he took out his high-tec computer tools, thery were further amazed, and so were Maros and I. Amazed at his knowledge, his skill and the heart he opened and took our family in. Thank you Dale, for your greatness. Thank you for everything you gave to my very giving Auntie Joanne. You will always remain in our heart and in our...

Our thoughts are with all the family.
We sure enjoyed his visits at the
Strands home at the 4th of July Parties.
