Not sure what to say?

I knew Dale for many years at Allendale Methodist Church where he was the Choir Director. My children were in the choir and learned so much from him. He was a gentle, kind, and loving person. He will be missed very much by everyone whose life he touched. Prayers and love to all of his family.

I had the honor of singing in the Northeast High School choir and the first traveling singing group, the Gondoliers, which he created. He was a true gentleman and beloved mentor.
Sally Manson Francis, class of 63 (Hancock, Maine)

My fondest memories from High School are with the NEHS choir and the first Gondoliers "show choir" group. And I was also privileged to sing with the choir at Allendale UMC where Dale directed. He taught me to love choral music (even Eugene Butler) and to stagger my breathing. I still am singing in choirs.

My sincere condolences to Mr Stoneciphers family. He was a wonderful man. I was fortunate to have been one of his high school choir students.

Dale was a true gentleman, a fascinating raconteur, and a loyal and true friend to my mother Lillian. We will miss him, and will carry his memory in our hearts.
