Not sure what to say?

Condolences . I knew his daughter from high school and later knew Dale from Bethany CRC in CA. Surely he's in a better place now

I enjoyed Rev. VanderVeen's email devotionals very much!!!

Keeping all of you in prayer today . We will be watching the service from the Dominican Republic today with Scott and Jenn...so thank you for having it live-streamed. Dale and Edith.. you meant so much to us throughout all the years at Brookside and beyond. Our friendship started when you arrived and lived right around the corner from us on Clearbrook. The bus-stop in front of your house was the gathering as all of us moms walked our children to get on the bus and tearfully waved goodbye...

Pastor Dale...you meant so much to my parents, Gerrit and Dien Docter. They loved getting your emailed devotions every morning. You led their funeral services in 2014 and 2015. We appreciated the love and kindness you showed them. Now you are with them again rejoicing with our Savior. I would have loved to see the joy on my parents faces when you arrived! Edith and family...you have our sympathies. Your husband and father was a blessing to our family.

Dear Edith and Families: My deepest sympathy about Dale. You are in my prayers. You have always been so kind to me here at Waterford Place. I know your feelings too, as I have lost my husband 4 years ago.

Dear Edith, you and Dale were so important in our lives as college students at Long Beach State in the late sixties. We learned by word and deed as new believers how to walk and grow in Jesus Christ. We are forever grateful for touching our lives.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Edith, I´m one of those recipients that received Dale´s devotional daily until it came to a close. On many occasions it hit home specifically! I Thank God for Dale and His ministry to me!

Grateful memories of Pastor Dale when we first joined Brookside CRC. His loving guidance was a blessing. Condolences to Edith & the family. Ralph & Helen Selders
