I am deeply saddened today to hear of Dale's passing. We were classmates in anesthesia school, and we worked together at Ft. Carson. I have always admired Dale and remember him fondly. My deepest condolences to his family, and prayers for peace and strength.

I was very shocked and saddened when hearing of Dale's passing. I know he was dearly loved and loved his family as well. Our sincere prayers are with Kelly, their daughters and families.

I am deeply saddened by the loss that you and your family have encountered. Wishing you peace, comfort and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.

Dale and I both worked as CRNA's for just a few years together in TN. He was a great CRNA and even greater man. My condolences to his family.

It was honor to have worked with Dale at Maury Regional. He was a caring professional. Thoughts and prayers for you all. Sincerely, Cindy Land, RN

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.....

I had the pleasure to work with Dale on several occasions. He was a kind man with a great sense of humor. He was very interested in our useless trivia we talked about, he always participated and was correct. We will miss him dearly. Prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.

We were absolutely shocked and terribly saddened to hear of Dale's accident and passing while we were out of town. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. May God grant you the peace that only He can provide.
